I’m a New York native who found real estate early. Growing up, I moved between newly built homes as my parents completed model houses in their subdivisions. In the early 2000s, when I was looking for work while preparing for law school, getting licensed in the Phoenix metro area during a period of rapid growth felt like an obvious choice.
The work quickly expanded beyond residential resale into new construction, historic properties, condo conversions, investor flips, and rentals. By 2005, I was the highest-volume producer at my brokerage and having the time of my life. That’s when I realized this wasn’t a side path—it was my career.
After relocating to Los Angeles in 2008, I focused on identifying projects where buyers could create long-term value, particularly first-time buyers who often had difficulty finding smart entry points into the market. Having worked through multiple market cycles, my perspective now encompasses more than just transactions, as I help clients with design strategy, investment optimization, and construction guidance across a wide range of property types, price points, and neighborhoods. I work exclusively by referral, but am always happy to be a resource.
I live in Angelino Heights in an 1885 Victorian we restored under the Mills Act with my husband, our two daughters, and an increasingly opinionated flock of chickens.
