Raised in Portland and Seattle, I began my career in music marketing and publicity at Sub Pop Records and as culture writer for various national publications. I made Los Angeles my home nearly two decades ago and since then my work as a musician, actor and chef has taken me across America and on multiple European tours. My longtime interest in real estate was cemented in early 2020, when my wife and I purchased our first home - a classic Bucky Fuller geodesic dome on 5 acres in the Joshua Tree desert. We spent the next year restoring, renovating and designing and now offer the space as a creative retreat and vacation rental. The experience brought us even closer together, provided a cathartic journey in the midst of tumultuous times and for myself - inspired a career transition. I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Maisonre through the recommendations of life-long friends. It’s my hope that the knowledge I’ve gained through my own experiences, both in life and as a home-owner, will help others in pursuit of their own real estate adventures.
